Con tu dinámica personalidad, saludarás y despedirás a los clientes y les darás recomendaciones. Les acompañarás a su mesa, les entregarás el menú. El restaurante es tanto tu casa como el lobby, donde aconsejas e informas a nuestros huéspedes sobre los diferentes puntos de venta y excursiones.

En última instancia, te asegurarás de que nuestros clientes tengan una experiência de calidad y disfruten al máximo de su estancia con nosotros.

**Tus tareas**:

- Atender a los clientes en el restaurante y el resort
- Recibir a los clientes en el restaurante
- Crear la comunicación interna y el programa semanal para los huéspedes
- Anuncio de los programas de animación del día y de la noche, de los espectáculos y del gastrotainment
- Concepción, planificación, organización, ejecución y seguimiento de eventos y funciones en el resort y F&B
- Tareas organizativas y administrativas
- Estrecha colaboración con los responsables de Front Office y del departamento de Food & Beverage
- Asistencia en la organización de animaciones y de excursiones

**Tu perfil**:

- Comportamiento abierto y comunicativo
- Entusiasmo por el servicio al cliente
- Forma de trabajar independiente y orientada a la búsqueda de soluciones
- Habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de negociación y conciencia de calidad
- Formación en hostelería o sector de eventos
- Experiência profesional en un puesto similar de al menos 2 años
- Alemán fluido y muy buenos conocimientos de español (lengua materna una ventaja)
- Buenos conocimientos de inglés hablado y escrito
- Muy buenos conocimientos de informática
