As an English speaker Customer Service Agent you will be the first contact for the clients for any request or query they might have. Your mission is to deliver a premium customer experience to build long-lasting relationships.

- Try to solve the issue at the first contact, and clear any doubt
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting for most common products
- Keep updated the database with customer information
- Proactively maintain your knowledge on product and processes
