We are seeking a proactive team member to support our Marketing department by coordinating with the field force when needed and managing the internal compliance tool (P3).
As a Hosp & Bio Marketing Trainee you will monitor and document ongoing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines, as well as overseeing internal processes to maintain compliance with corporate policies.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Support the Marketing team, liaising with the fieldforce when required.
- Management and control of the internal compliance (P3) tool
- Monitor and document ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Monitoring of internal processes ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Project Tracking and Support: compliance, budget, administration, coordiation of events.
**What you'll bring to the role**:
**MUST HAVE**:University degree in Science.
- Currently studying a degree or master's degree in a Pharma-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university..
- Fluent English and Spanish are a must.
- Highly valuable: project management
- Capacity to work on highly complex environments.
- We are looking for a person with a high learning agility, planning and autonomy
**What you'll receive**:
- Internship Duration: 12 months.

- Place of Work: Madrid
- Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
- Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
