Public Funding Trainee

**This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that bridges Finance and R&D. You will gain participation in all new R&D projects and contribute to project budgeting through grants and tax credits.**

**TASKS**:

- **Support in the projects that could be eligible to receive a Tax Credit or Grant**

- **To encourage Valeo R&D team to provide the information needed to complete the files in order to submit the projects**

- **Support in dossier preparation (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants (complying with all Valeo internal rules)**

- **Support during preparation of dossiers, analyze the cost of Activities, including the personnel cost and suppliers, in order to set the Project Budget**

- **To Recopilate internal technical documentation in order to complete justification dossier**

- **To follow up the completion of the dossiers until obtaining the external certificate or the Grant**

- **To identify related invoices for the Grants or Tax Credit projects**
