TikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with Spanish clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
The Brand Partnerships Vertical Lead will manage a team for the Auto, Finance, Travel and Energy Verticals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration in the verticals
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
**Leadership**:
- Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnership team in the region
- Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- People management experience. Specifically, sales teams
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
