Selina’s Tech products serve both Selina’s growing network of locations and their activities, as well as Selina’s customers, both online and on-site in our destinations.
**We’re looking for a Leader for our global Project Management department; an experienced manager, with a proven record of leading Tech project management areas (R&D, BI, IT), a pro with a passion for efficiency and execution, as well as exceptional interpersonal & strategic abilities.**
**As Head of Project Management, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of Selina’s Tech Roadmap of global, cross organizational projects. You’ll have a mix of direct Project Management work, with strategic planning and team management. You’ll be part of the Selina’s Tech management group, and work closely with the Executive Management, corporate teams and Operational leaders of Selinas, all over the world.**
- Lead the global Project Management team of Selina;
- Professionally lead the Company’s Roadmap of cross-organizational Tech projects; be in charge of delivering the roadmap as per the budget allocated.
- Manage a group of global professional Tech Project Managers, who are in charge of varied projects, supporting Selina’s operational and commercial activity; from project’s initiation, all the way through to monitoring the project’s on-ground implementation by the Operation department.
- Create and enforce PMO working methodologies and tools, to ensure an efficient environment of Projects Delivery in Selina.
- Oversee the company’s cross projects, assuring that product and project goals are achieved and that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the desired scope.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with different interfaces in the company who are project partners; R&D, UX/UI Studio, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Operational teams.
- Establish new working streams where needed, including operating with external vendors.
- Enforce a culture of communication to Senior Management and relevant projects partners on a timely basis.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team of project managers.
- 10+ years of experience in the Project Management field, while working with large groups of R&D with well established processes of Agile/scrum/other, driving cross functional projects in a global environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with different PMO methodologies and strategies, familiarity with best practices and relevant challenges.
- Excellent English and presentation skills - verbal and writing
- A technological and business understanding as well as good familiarity with work processes of an organization.
- Proven experience working with Executive management.
- Relevant education
- BSc/ Business Administration/MBA/ Industrial engineering/ PMO
- A self-driven leader with incredible communication skills.
