**Job Description**:

- Providing ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building systems and being able to fix minor defects.
- Supervising and escorting specialists and sub-contractors working with the building technical systems.
- Monitoring and replacing light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
- Making minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
- Performing electrical work and determining when an electrician is required.
- Performing basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting, putty
- Performing HVAC works and repairs, such as filter replacement.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues (24 hours/7 days) as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
- Repairing building’s hardware equipment, such as doors, windows, etc.
- Dismantling and installing and repairing furniture if required.
- Transporting goods or equipment as assigned.
- Performing other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
- Replacing colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional.

**Qualifications**:

- Execution of job duties requires secondary education.
- Execution of job duties requires excellent knowledge of Spanish and basic English (reading and writing)
- At least 2 years’ experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High sense of responsibility.
- The ability to work in a team.
- PC literacy - MS Word, MS Excel
