**Your mission**

As key role in our corporate Team, your mission as Ethics & Compliance Consultant will be to promote ethics and compliance culture within its area of operation through the implementation of systems, programs, or actions for risk management and culture adoption.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with corporate standards and legal (e.g. anti-corruption, whistleblowing,) and sectoral requirements (e.g. interaction with healthcare stakeholders).
- Advise business areas on their compliance risks and promote E&C culture adoption.
- Develop and implement training and awareness programs on compliance (e.g. third parties due diligence, requirements of sectorial codes,).
- Monitor compliance risks (including criminal risks), implement continuous improvement and automation of processes.
- Develop and present internal and external reports.
- Active participation in audits and certification processes.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

- Bachelors Degree Law/Economics or similar; postgraduate studies or Certification in Compliance will be highly valued.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Ethics & Compliance similar roles within multinational environments.
- Languages: high level of Spanish and English.
- Sector/Function backgroud: Pharmaceutical sector would be a plus, Multinational advisory/consultancy companies, Legal/Audit firms or others high related (e.g. risks management teams,).
- Upbeat and Team player willing to play an active role in transforming the E&C function, Strong Communication skills, Impact and influence, empathy, ability to build valuable relationships across organization.
- Proactivity, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, organization and time management skills.
