Currently Littelfuse Semiconductor Mixed Signals ICs Department is looking for IC Design Engineer. You will have the opportunity to work in a very well-established company with global footprint, with a team of leading engineers working on the development of ICs, and to make a significant contribution to all phases of the project from business and resource planning, market definition, through to development and product delivery. In this role you will report to Technical Manager and Site Lead and work on-site in San Sebastian, Spain.
About the job:
- Design gate drivers, Op Amps, charge pumps, and a variety of inherently robust and low current consumption circuits- Conduct feasibility studies and technology evaluation- Design protection devices in CMOS technologies (high voltage, power drivers)- Develop concept, conduct circuit verification, lab characterization and debug- Provide technical supervision and support of IC layout engineersAbout you:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, micro-electronics engineering preferred- 5+ years hands-on experience in high voltage transistors and power drivers- Hands-on experience in Virtuoso ADE and Spectre- Experience of LINUX environments; C or other computer language(s), knowledge of skill is of advantage- Great English skills (in written and verbal)- Organized and thorough with a high level of self-motivation, strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills- A team player who is passionate about technology but also understands business requirements and willing to work in a multi-site environment with engineering teams across the globe
