**Mission of the position**:
**Duties**:
- Executes and drives Employer Branding campaigns in their hotels after coordinating with the HR Hotel Services (HRHS) area.
- Identifies new local schools for the management of internships in local schools directly, as well as attendance to related events.
- Identifies the internship needs of their hotels in coordination with Hotel Services (Key Schools), and maintains updated DB connected with HRHS to ensure coordination and validates the finalist profile assigned.
- Informs and updates on market trends and performs benchmarking of other companies in the compset.
- Supports Department Heads in the selection of Service Leaders and core staff.
- Identifies available talent and promotes opportunities for collaborators in other COs, promoting that available talent can have opportunities in other COs/hotels.
- Collects recruitment and selection KPIs.
**What are we looking for?**
- 2-3 years of MHI experience in an HR position.
- Specific training in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
- Master's degree in HR highly desirable
- High level of English is essential and a second language is an asset.
- Leadership, Communication and Influence, as well as Global and Strategic vision.
- Ability to adapt to change and new environments with different cultures.
- International work experience is a plus.
