We’re looking for a Community Associate to join our team and help us in creating an incredible environment for our members and overseeing the day to day building operations. To be the face of OneCoWork.

At OneCoWork, you will;
Events & Marketing
- Be a focal point of the entire community within OneCoWork
- Research and find new content and events for our member community
- Collaborate with finance & sales and verify availability for space within the buildings
- Manage the database of members (billing, accounts, personal info)
- Create a warm ambience for our members, the little things matter most (birthday wishes etc)
- Manage the entire afterwork drinks every Friday for our members (you’re invited to have a drink too, of course)
- Create and maintain the office/event calendar (all activities, events, bank holidays, birthdays)
- To handle requests for non-paid events for the buildings
- To collaborate with Community Management, Finance & Marketing to facilitate the creation of events
- Work with members for our ‘Members Spotlight’ blogs by inviting them to take part
- Create content (Photos, videos, quotes) for marketing to use across our social channels covering the events

Operations & Finance
- Manage the daily opening and set up of the building (lights, meeting rooms, kitchen amenities, printers, tv’s etc)
- Assist the maintenance team to report any issues and maintain the building in full operational capacity
- Handle all incoming mail and packaging and distribute to members
- Keep an accurate daily member count and have monthly catch up with new members to assure everything is up to our highest standards
- Manage the welcoming of new members (office/desk set up, admin, welcome tour, welcome packs)
- Manage the front desk for members, walk-ins, security and any issues that may arise
- Keep the ‘Honesty Market’ (internal mini-market) up to date, taking regular stock checks and orders
- Control all the food deliveries for members
- Brainstorm new ideas with Marketing on how to engage members in the community

What we’re looking for;
- A positive, do-whatever-it-takes attitude
- Customer service, hospitality and/or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
- A fast thinker with a dynamic mindset
- A strong understanding of OneCoWork’s values
