Flex Benefits Intern

**The Role**
As a **Flex Benefits Intern**, you will work beside senior consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills related to Flex and Health & Risk employee benefits. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, support in drawing conclusions and presenting results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
**Client**
Partner with consultants on client projects related to our Benefits tools: Benefits Access, embark and others
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge flex benefits programs, benefit communication and delivery and related areas
Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
**Financial**
Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by helping in proposals and other commercial activities
**Excellence**
Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Benefits, mainly Health and risk
Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
Support in some other activities
**The Requirements**
- Mandatory - Agreement with the University or Business Centre
- Proactively takes initiative
- High level English skills (C1)
- Problem solver; analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way, conceptual, ability to go beyond the details and see the big picture, results-driven, communicator, organized, methodical, committed to quality; team player
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and PPT)
