**About the role**

Glad you’re interested We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to ensure the best partner on-boarding, integration and collaboration experience. You’ll be on the frontline of changing the way insurance is bought online. You will build strong relation with the business development: have good understanding of the product, the partner and being the entry point for all technical requests.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**
- Create strong relation with the business development: have good understanding of the product and the partner
- Create strong relation with the client, being the entry point for all technical requests
- Manage, end to end, the client-facing onboarding ensuring proper integration, driving them through a correct path and overcoming all the technical and non-technical challenges, setting the seal on scalability and resilience of the solution
- Ensure constant and proper internal alignment with the relevant project members
- Propose solutions that fit with the company strategy
- Prepare live demo to show-off the platform capabilities for new leads
- Work closely with the development teams to learn and discuss the core-platform technical capabilities, aligning with them about potential upcoming requirements and contributing to the design of the solutions
- Support project teams with design and architecture decisions
- Contribute to the further requirements definition of our core capabilities
- Contribute to the improvement of the “technical toolkit of the solution architect” (technical onboarding tools)

**This is what we will look for**
- You have more than 5 years relevant working experience in IT related field, including experience in managing team members, suppliers, vendors and partners.
- Deep understanding of IT systems and integrations layer (Interfaces, API, Gateways, Network, Auth etc) and strong experience in designing and modelling technical solutions matching the company vision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C2) and Spanish - Italian language is an advantage
