Desktop Support

**Your mission**:
We are looking for a **Desktop Support** with a strong passion for problem solving and attention to detail to join the IT Services team in Málaga.

**What you'll do**:

- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
- Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing IT Assets, corporate users, licenses
- Taking care of our Meeting Rooms
- Updating and maintaining all our corporate apps
- Technically supporting and empowering our employees

**What you bring**:

- Good English and/or willingness to improve
- Open-Mindedness, Proactiveness and Positivity
- Being able to come to the office 100% of the time
- 0-2 years of experience in Desktop Support area
- Ability to help others and being the first point of contact
- Kindness and empathy with users to solve their issues
- Passion for quality, details and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with open-source apps
- Happy to deal with continuous challenges in our environments

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge in Apple devices
- Experience in Jira and Confluence
- Slightly paranoid in Security and Privacy
