An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Supply Chain & Logistics Officer** to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in **Madrid.**

**Primary areas of responsibility**:

- Responsible for the purchases and stock levels in Spanish warehouses. Coordinate and elaborate the replenishment shipment plans.
- Stock Management and stock control and stock risk Management.
- Supervision of 3PL's performance. From the reception of goods, storage, deliveries to inverse logistics and aftersales.
- Liaison with production and supply chain departments for our external vendors and sister companies. Checking of documentation, prices and quantities.
- Intercompany reports: transport flows, supply chain Budget, cost per transport flow,
- Operations supervision. Monitoring activities of our international transport partners and also of the logistics partners in Island
- Rates negotiation and booking of the international transport services. Fees negotiation with our outbound distribution partners.
- Issues resolutions, delays, refusals. Goods damaged, returns, cold chain breakages.
- Direct deliveries administrative management. Manuel typing and follow up. Sales invoicing of the direct deliveries.
- Review, check and validation of invoices. Purchases invoices, international transport invoices, logistic services invoice.

**Skills & Requirements**:
**Your profile**
- You have a profound knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain - with a focus on forecasting & demand planning.
- You hold a higher education degree in Supply Chain, Economics (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 8 years of working experience in a customer focused sales environment;
- Profound knowledge of MS Office tools with focus on Excel;
- Proficient language skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of any other language is a clear asset
