Preply is a product led company. As part of the product team, you will have a direct impact on the company's growth and strategy with high visibility to our C-suite and leadership team. You will be empowered to operate independently with a dedicated cross functional team to build amazing products and take them from inception to launch to scale

Preply is one of the largest advertisers in the edtech space. Our paid marketing accounts are localized across dozens of languages, with millions of keywords and creatives and marketeers coming from top companies worldwide.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead a squad of engineers with the goal to drive new subscribers to the business under an efficiency constraint via the scaling of marketing's operations.
- **Be a leader**: Be an authority in your domain, Inspire the team with a vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life. Identify and bring a wide array of opportunities we had never thought of, across channels into a coherent vision and execution plan.
- **Measurement & Performance**:In very close collaboration with our data team, be a thought leader on the strategy and implementation of our tracking and attribution platform.
- **Drive scale in our marketing channels**:Transform our marketing accounts to be managed on auto-pilot by the system.
- **Martech Strategy**: Staying up to date with the latest evolutions of the industry, build a long term vision.
- **Be an owner**: Own the product end-to-end, including defining product requirements based on your knowledge of the platforms and your stakeholders input, driving execution, making thoughtful product decisions and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
- **Be biased for action**:Balance strategy and developing conviction with quick and lean hypotheses testing to launch MVPs and iterate based on results. Open the marketing platforms and see the performance with your own eyes.
- **Be data driven**:Analyze and make nuanced use of data through our in-house tools to evaluate the business impact of new features and experiences.
- **Be a team player**: Work closely with the marketing team to share ownership of KPIs and initiatives.

**What you need to succeed**:

- At least five years of hands-on technical paid search campaign management experience for a highly-trafficked consumer website OR experience as a product manager in marketing technology
- You are an industry expert - you understand deeply the latest developments in the different marketing channels and measurement frameworks.
- You have deep knowledge of Google Ads & Meta platforms, its APIs, and how to optimize those campaigns on a technical level
- You have knowledge of app marketing
- You understand how attribution models work, and how to solve for them in a cookie-less and mobile first world
- You are willing to get your hands dirty, and open Google Ads, Meta business center
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products to global markets
- You're a natural leader. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function. People love working with you.
