**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Comprehensive Reporting**: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and (consolidated) annual accounts to keep our financials in top shape.
- ** Audit Assistance**: Work closely with auditors to ensure smooth and accurate client account audits.
- ** End-to-End Booking**: Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes efficiently.
- ** Tax Preparation & Presentation**: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparation and presentations.
- ** Transaction Posting**: Accurately post all business transactions in the general ledger and sub-ledger.
- ** Client Communication**: Engage with customers, accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers, and investment managers to ensure seamless financial operations.
- ** Financial Administration**: Set up and maintain robust financial administrations.
- ** Stakeholder Relationship Building**: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

**Job requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Educational Background**: Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
- ** International Experience**: At least 3 years of invaluable international working experience.
- ** Real Estate Accounting**: Knowledge/experience in Real Estate accounting is highly appreciated.
- ** Software Skills**: Familiarity with A3 software is a plus.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Good command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a global context.
- ** Pressure Handling**: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility.
- ** Proactive Attitude**: A hands-on, can-do mentality that brings positive energy to the team.
- ** Organizational Skills**: A structured approach and organizational finesse to keep everything on track.
