HR Apprentice, Global Supply Chain

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supports the Global HRBP team in communication and follow ups with employees and managers, preparation of presentations for leadership calls, Global HRSC calls and agenda etc

Preparation and support in the talent reviews

Participation in the Building Capabilities projects across the Supply Chain teams. Ensure support on preparing materials, coordination and follow up of actions, as well as people plans with SC leaders

Participation in other strategic global HR SC projects including but not limited to: leadership for supervisor project, Diversity, support the project teams with communication, ad hoc analysis and coordination on deployment with the regional teams

Prepare and lead regular reviews on HR data for Supply Chain, provide analysis and audit to HR dashboard and ad hoc reports with recommendations to the Global HR team on improvement actions

Liaise with local HR teams to support deployment of global initiatives and collect feedback

**We value**:
HR Master’s degree

Highly proficient in English

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, Excel

Analytical skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, project management and proactivity

Great customer service mindset & can-do attitude
