**About the role**
As a **Risk Analyst,** your mission is to monitor and investigate online transactions processed by seQura and improve our credit risk real-time decisions. If you are a data-driven decision-maker, have a collaborative working style and want to be part of a growing Fintech and challenging experience, this is your place.
**What you'll do**
- Review, analyse and accept online credit transactions through real-time data and reports.
- Analyse online transactions taking into account the duration and nature of the risk.
- Validate data from clients' transactions via telephone.
- Request client's documentation that requires further checks and investigation.
- Create reports for the Risk Department to help the company control and monitor processes.
- Provide input and feedback on system and processes improvements.
- Propose solutions and tools to risk analysis.
- Contribute to ongoing projects from the Risk team.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What you’ll need**
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of risk analysis, online transaction fraud and working with data validation.
- At least 1 year of experience in Call Centers (inbound and outbound calls).
- French native speaker, fluent in Spanish, good English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economy, Criminology or related field.
- Good interdisciplinary communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical thinker.
- Mid-knowledge about Office Package and other tools related to risk assessment.
- Creative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward action and a get-things-done attitude.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
- Motivated about working by objectives, challenges thrill you, and you enjoy teamwork.
- Proactive in finding solutions to improve processes.
