**ERP Quality Management**

**Purpose**:
Expert individual contributor responsible for supporting ERP Quality systems in specifications and Quality management area (P08, PBC, P4S, OS3) in Bayer Crop Science. This position will shadow the senior team members to support day to activities such as answering business user’s systems related questions, training users, coordinating with IT in implementing system solutions, Documenting Training documents, testing new functionalities / enhancements, finding root cause of a problem. This role reports through the ERP Quality Digital Strategy team as part of the global Crop Science Quality organization.

**Scope**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support ERP Systems used in Crop Science area such as Specifications and Quality management in SAP Globally
- Serves as single point of contact for questions related to responsible portfolios from QC, QA, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Product Supply, Sales and Master Data
- Provides training to stakeholder groups to ensure standardized data format and correct utilization of specification management and ERP Quality Management functionalities.
- Leverages technical expertise to assist team members in understanding and resolving complex issues
- Position requires travel approximately 5-10% of time

**Key Working Relations**:
**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- BS degree in science or technical field or equivalent training
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Seed Production, or Quality Management
- Laboratory experience and/or experience in SAP in a QA/QC environment; experience in any other area/ SAP module as logistics or seed production of advantage.
- Continues improvement mindset
- Experience participating on project teams with multi-function, multi-country scope
- Understanding of general product properties and their effects on creation of validated specification and material master data
- Experience working with existing Bayer Management of Change processes or equivalent experience outside of Bayer
- Demonstrated focus on delivering results to meet business objectives
- Fluent in English

**Preferred Qualifications and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge in ERP (SAP) Quality Management Module and Product Specifications Systems
- Demonstrated experience working with systems used to support specification lifecycle management and Quality Management within Crop Science.
- Experience participating on project teams with multi-function, multi-country scope
