Product Expert Analyst

Joining us as Product Expert Analyst, you will play a critical part in optimizing the Product Expert team's workload by leveraging your analytical skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and LATAM to develop data-driven strategies that drive efficiency and scalability. This is a remote-first role. Of course we'd love someone joining in one of our offices (Barcelona, Rome, Warsaw etc.) too. Your key responsibilities will include the following: - Analyze data to track and optimize the workload of team members across departments. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies to optimize workflows. - Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency. - Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and track progress against goals. - Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact. Ideally, you already have... - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, as a business analyst or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. - Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making. - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.) and creating integrations (e.g. Jira -> GSheets). - Fluent English skills (any other languages - e.g. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, etc. are a plus) - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. - A home base in Europe and the legal right to work in your place of residence. **Interested?
