**Requirements**:
**Your Experience, Our Future**:

- **Excellent Communication**:Fluent in **Russian & Ukrainian**with exceptional grammar and spelling.
- **Strong English Proficiency**:Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
- **Strong Administrative & Analytical Skills**:Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail.
- **Proactive Problem-Solving**:A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.

**Benefits**

**Your Benefits Package**:

- **Start Date**: 6th of February
- **Contract**:8 Week Substitution Leave (1-month probation period)
- **Position**:Customer Service Representative
- **Hours**:39h/week
- **Work Schedule**:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm & intensive shift on Wednesday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm
- **Salary**:€17,537.76 gross per year
- **Holidays: Paid Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Day in Lieu**:

- **Work Model**:Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
- **Training**:1 day of full-time training based at the office
- **Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)**
