**Mission**:
Administrative support for the fragrance evaluation department.

**Functions**:

- Organize and arrange materials for the fragrance evaluation department.
- Perform various administrative tasks to increase the department's efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Managers team, including preparing documents, writing content, managing data in Excel and SAP. Support the Fragrance Development Managers in preparing and testing fragrances and perfumes that have been previously prepared in the laboratory.
- Prepare olfactory tests so that fragrances can be evaluated in olfactory booths.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to present the chosen fragrances to clients. Support in explaining olfactory pyramids and details of the chosen fragrance.
- Provide various administrative support to the Project Managers team, including preparing documents, writing content, managing data in Excel and SAP.
- Prepare olfactory mappings for internal and client use (using computer tools such as PowerPoint and Excel).

**Experience required**:
This could be your first internship related to your studies, but any work experience in Administration or within the fragrance industry is a plus.

**Languages and** high lev**el required**:
Good level in English & Spanish

**What we offer**:

- 720 euros gross per month
- 6 months agreement with the study center + 6 months if both parts agree. Ideally the trainee will complete one year internship.
- Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h00 or from 09h00 to 15h00.
