Project Description (IF APPLICABLE)

Maintenance of Very High Speed Train Fleet

Accountabilities
- Support technically customer staff (train driver, train assistant) remotely.
- Liaise between commercial service incidents and the technical operations staff.
- Maintain and feed the database of incidents by train, subsystem, equipment and track them.
- To produce reports of attended incidents (technical and contractual) to give visibility to the actions of the helpdesk service.
- Support to maintenance operations, troubleshooting, analyzing any technical issue and suggesting the necessary corrective action
- On line tracking of the Very High Speed fleet to ensure the least possible impact to the commercial service and the safety operation.
- Participate on modification upgrades to the incident response manuals on the basis of know-how and experience
- Deep knowledge in vehicle remote diagnostics and validation of data
- Under the supervision of the engineering department, extract operating data returning from the service.

Required Skills/ Knowledge
- Experience to perform the aforementioned accountabilities as dictated in section above
- Technical education required, preferably in electrical, electronic or mechanical or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineer
- Minimum 2 years on rolling stock maintenance or fleet monitoring experience.
- Willing to take on big challenges with large-scale regional projects
- Able to perform vehicle system diagnosis and analysis
- Ability to read, understand and interpret drawing, schematics and cable plans.

Desired Skills/ Knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Rail Train Subsystem such as Automatic Train Supervision, Vehicle, Telecommunication, STB, Pneumatic brake, traction converter, high voltage gear, HVAC, etc.
- Knowledge and ability to understand maintenance documentation
- Railway Operations and Signaling principles
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Used to work in industrial enviromets (i.e.,wharehouse, rolling stock depots)

Education / Qualifications

Technical education required, preferably in electrical, electronic or mechanical or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineer

Spanish mandatory
