We act as a medical service centre for various clients in both Spain and the Netherlands.

Our multilingual team operates from our office in Torremolinos which is easily accessible both by train (Torremolinos stop is within walking distance) and car. We believe in equal opportunities and operate with self-managing teams.

Due to further expansion of our services for one of our Dutch clients we are looking for a:
Online Healthcare Wellbeing & Age Coach (Healthcare professional)

Our Wellbeing & Age Coaches are part of a team of professionals supporting our clients' daily wellbeing and mental health. As a Wellness Coach you support clients from all over the Netherlands via video and voice calling to help our clients achieve their personal health and lifestyle goals and/or to reduce loneliness. Part of the role is to make sure that there is open and clear communication between clients, caregivers and following their wishes and needs.

Your time will provide a positive influence in supporting the caregivers in the field while allowing them peace of mind in the knowledge that their clients receive the attention they need, while having their health monitored by the latest healthcare technology.

The following duties are included in this job role:

- Conducting intake interviews with new clients.
- Write and maintain a client support plans.
- Mapping and activating the client's informal network during (video & voice) calls.
- Offer a listening ear and provide emotional support.
- Create opportunities to discuss matters that the client does not dare to discuss in his/her own social circles.
- Give practical tips and referrals to authorities administer periodic questionnaires, reports and assess measurement values (health & well-being).

Languages required:

- Dutch (Fluent)
- English (Fluent)

Plus, one of the following languages must be spoken fluently:

- Spanish
- Portuguese

To perform these tasks properly, it is important that you:

- Hold a qualification of at least at MBO-3 level (or the international equivalent).
- Are able to show clear planning and organization skills.
- Have a service-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Are flexible and driven.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have empathy and show you are socially skilled.
- Are able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Can work with computer, tablet and smartphone.

Either work experience or an education in one of the following domains, is required.
- Paramedical care
- Social work or care
- Medical Professional

The position will be based in our offices in Torremolinos, starting on a part-time basis, changing to full time within a 6 month period. Salary to be confirmed with the right applicants, and will include contract of employment.
