We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Representative to join one of our exciting projects in the travel industry.

Your benefits:

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
- Salary: 18500 Euros gross/year + up to 500 Euros gross/year in bonus.

What you’ll experience with us

As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:

- Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners
- Have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and customer lifetime value
- Ensure clients know how to use and help them become product experts themselves
- Build robust relationships with customers to limit the churn rate
- Provide customers with any extra advice requested, always looking to go the extra mile
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English
- Have a strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalized experience
- Are empathic, is one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests
- Have excellent organization and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions.
