Global Programme Officer Operations

As a Global Programme Officer Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Programme sponsors and all stakeholders at all levels to develop and execute operational strategies, drive process improvements, and promote standardization and efficiency in the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides direct to support to programme sponsor to ensure key strategic principles and consistently applied, highlighting any areas of risk or concern.
- Support the business / value case day to day on the project to ensure outcomes are aligned to expectations.
- Has delegated authority to make decisions on business process design within processes in scope.
- Work with regional process owners to ensure representation in relevant workshops and on the project as whole, for examples testing.
- Identifying and managing process-related risks and issues.
- Ensuring that the global processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Participating in the testing and validation of the global processes.
- Provide governance and decision making within design & change forums
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global operations setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English is mandatory
