**Job Opportunity: Network Architect**

**Salary**: €70,000 - €85,000

**Location**: Madrid (Hybrid environment)

Looking for a Network Architect for a well-established and growing technology company based in Madrid. The role will focus on design of the latest networking and network security technologies.

The company are offering a generous relocation package to the area as well as the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in a flexible hybrid working environment.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Solution Development**: Analyze business requirements and devise technical solutions aligned with Cisco (R&S and SD-WAN), Palo Alto (firewall), and F5 (load balancers) technologies.
- **Architectural Leadership**: Lead complex IT system design and implementation, encompassing hardware and software components.
- **Architecture Governance**: Collaborate with the Head of Architecture and team architects to ensure IT changes follow Architecture Governance.
- **Technical Documentation**: Create and manage technical documentation including architectural diagrams, solution designs, and operational procedures.
- **Support and Guidance**: Provide technical support and guidance to IT teams, aiding in issue resolution and incident management.
- **Procurement Collaboration**: Work with procurement teams to develop accurate Bill of Materials (BoMs) for projects, including hardware, software, and licensing.
- **Technology Insights**: Stay updated with emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance IT performance.
- **Strategic Contribution**: Contribute to IT strategy, technology roadmaps, and solutions aligning with business needs.
- **Adaptive Agility**: Demonstrate responsiveness to change, adapting strategies and priorities effectively.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; relevant accreditation/experience.
- **Diverse IT Expertise**: Strong understanding of multiple IT areas (e.g., infrastructure, software, security) for holistic networking solutions.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in network architecture, focusing on Palo Alto, Cisco SD-WAN, routing protocols.
- **Cloud Networking**: Proficiency in networking across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Experience working with stakeholders across the organization.
- **Tech Enthusiasm**: Passion for technology, staying updated on trends, platforms, and innovations.
- **TOGAF Familiarity**: Familiarity with TOGAF methodology is advantageous.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
