**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Agent with a commercial profile, who is proactive and results-oriented, enjoys dealing directly with owners and has a special sensitivity for the Marbella property market.

If you know that acquisition is not just about ‘making calls for the sake of making calls’, but about building relationships, you will like this offer.

**Main duties**

Active acquisition of properties in Marbella centre, the Golden Mile and surrounding areas.

Prospecting for owners and generating new opportunities.

Property valuation and initial advice to the owner.

Presentation of the agency's services and closing of sales orders.

Continuous follow-up with acquired owners.

Coordinated work with the sales and marketing team.

**Requirements**:
Clearly commercial and goal-oriented profile.

Excellent communication skills, professional manner and good presentation.

Organisational skills and autonomy.

Languages: Spanish and English essential. Other languages will be valued.

The following will be valued

Knowledge of the local property market (Marbella centre would be a significant plus).

Previous experience in property acquisition or sales (especially in Marbella).
