- Coordinate translation projects through the group translation process
- Advice project owners of optimal translation process and technology
- Closely track and ensure adherrence to critical deadlines
- Support proofreaders
- Close collaboration with translation stakeholders
- Close collaboration with language service provider
- Create work instructions supporting the group translation process
- Assess quality
- Coordinate and control invoices
- Coordinate terminology
- Provide support for transversal GTL project
