More importantly, we are looking for highly motivated students who want to help design the next generation European Supercomputers. **Key Duties** - The main goal of this position is to provide research and development support for pathfinding in the DARE project for sparse operations. **Requirements**: - Education - Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience - Computer Architecture knowledge - Prior research experience, especially submission to top conferences will be a plus - Competences - High level of English. - Highly motivated and willingness to work in an international multidisciplinary group. **Conditions** - The position will be located at BSC within the Computer Sciences Department - We offer a part-time contract (27.72h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures - Duration: 5 months - Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement - Starting date: ASAP **Applications procedure and process** - A full CV in English including contact details - A cover/motivation letter with a statement of interest in English, clearly specifying for which specific area and topics the applicant wishes to be considered.
