- HBO- As a Head of Engineering at Sunweb Group you play a key role in our journey towards becoming the leading Digital Holiday Expert. Together with the Tech Leadership team, you translate the business growth strategy into an ambitious and forward-looking Tech roadmap.**Your Impact**
- Create an efficient and effective Tech delivery organization to enable and accelerate our strategy execution and ensure operational excellence
- Continuous delivery of Tech products to increase our customer, partner and employee experience while safeguarding the architectural blueprint
- Enable a continuous improvement mindset through target-driven conversations
- Ensure availability of end-to-end resources (capabilities, budget, process improvement and external support) to realize our strategic ambitions
- Strengthen the software development delivery life cycle and ensure our solutions are effective, scalable and up-to-date
- Drive our Agile and Lean transformation to improve efficiency in the delivery
- Create a high-performance Tech organization. You have 4-5 Team Leads reporting to you, and 40 engineers as indirect reports

- Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity, as change is our constant factor
