**Your Mission**
As Store Manager, you will lead the store strategically and operationally, driving team growth, performance, customer experience, and brand representation.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Expertise**: a results-driven salesperson with a strong focus on driving sales and achieving commercial goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a **Store Manager** or **Assistant Store Manager**:
- Background in **high-turnover retail** with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry-to-luxury segment.
- Strong skills in **visual merchandising**, **stock management**, **commercial planning**, and **P&L oversight**:
- Experience with **store openings** or strategic refurbishments is a plus
- A true **passion** or strong affinity for the **world of fashion**
