Location: Panoramis Life & Business, Alicante

Do you have experience listing properties in Costa Blanca and love building strong relationships with homeowners?
Are you fluent in **Spanish and English** and passionate about real estate? Then we’d love to hear from you

We specialize in **new builds, off-plan projects**, and **high-quality resale homes**.

We are now looking for a **dedicated Listing Agent** to join our Costa Blanca team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Conduct property valuations and create listing agreements.
- Photograph, collect documents, and prepare listings for marketing.
- Coordinate with our admin, marketing, and sales teams.
- Keep listings updated and ensure they are accurately presented on major portals.
- Represent our brand professionally and build trust with local homeowners.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced** in listing properties on the Costa Blanca (at least 1 year)
- **Fluent in Spanish and English** - other languages such as Dutch, French, Flemish, or German are a big plus
- Organized, proactive, and confident in speaking with homeowners
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
- **Professional appearance** and excellent communication skills
- Holds a **driver’s license** and has access to a car
