Como Analista de Inversiones deberemos realizar las siguientes funciones en reporte directo a la dirección:

- ** Análisis / Modelado de Inversiones.**:

- Investigación y análisis de oportunidades de inversión, integrando datos macroeconómicos e inmobiliarios, para la viabilidad de las operaciones.
- Preparación de documentación (Datos de las inversiones, propuesta de inversión, etc..) para la defensa de las mismas ante el comité de inversiones.
- Seguimiento de proyectos existentes.
- **Asset management** de proyectos y carteras en gestión por parte del Fondo en España.

Como Analista de Inversiones, se deben cumplir los siguientes requerimientos:

- Graduado en ADE, Ingeniería, Economía o similares.
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en el sector de Real Estate.
- **Ingles Avanzado** (Todas las comunicaciones internas son en Inglés)
- **Nível de Modelado Avanzado** (Se realiza prueba técnica y defensa de la prueba)
