Senior Finance Analyst

**How will it be to work with us?**:

- Own **cash flow forecasting** (direct & indirect) to anticipate treasury needs and maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate across **finance teams** (AR, AP, fleet, procurement, controlling, BPO) to keep working capital healthy.
- Support the Finance Corporate Manager with **debt planning, credit negotiations, and expense management**.
- Ensure **cost and payment control**, safeguarding the company’s financial health.
- Prepare and present **insights for senior management and the Board**, enabling data-driven strategic decisions.
- Maintain **accurate reporting** for banks, investors, and shareholders.
- Analyze financial performance and provide**actionable recommendations**.
- Lead **automation and process improvements** to make reporting faster and smarter.

***Ready to join us?**:
**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- 3+ years’ experience in **Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting**.
- Solid knowledge of **financial principles and IFRS**; Spanish GAAP is a plus.
- Strong **financial modeling skills** and an **automation-first mindset**.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to **translate complex data into clear recommendations**.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (written and spoken).
- Advanced **Excel & PowerPoint** skills (Think Cell is a bonus).
- Team leadership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Bloomberg / Eikon Reuters, Navision / Business Central, Power BI** or similar tools is a plus.
- Academic background in **Finance, Economics, Accounting, or ADE**; MBA or Master in Finance is highly valued.
