**Your mission**:
**What you'll be doing**

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, driving execution on top projects, and delivering high-level reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic role that will require strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.
- CEO Priorities: Support the CEO on strategic priorities and top-level initiatives, ensuring clear follow-through and execution.
- Strategic Projects: Lead and oversee high-impact projects critical to the company’s growth and success, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
- Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed, data-driven investor reports and presentations to ensure clear and accurate communication with investors and stakeholders.
- Company Reporting: Manage company-wide reporting, aligning KPIs and metrics to provide the CEO and leadership team with visibility into business performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company (Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across teams and implement streamlined workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Decision Support: Leverage data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that help define and execute on the company’s strategic objectives.

**Your profile**:
**What we're looking for**
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments.
- Start-Up/Scale-Up Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic environment is highly valued.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and deliver results independently while maintaining accountability.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in an ever-changing, high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while also diving into the details when required.
