I Company description
Finergreen is a financial advisory boutique specialized in renewable energies and the energy
transition. Founded in 2013, the company now operates around the world through 10 offices with
around 70 collaborators in total.
We advise our clients (mostly independent industrials, financial institutions or utilities) on strategic
projects in either equity (M&A, venture or growth capital) or debt (project finance, private
placements, LBOs) transactions.
We have advised over 150 financial transactions to date which led to the development of more than
15 GW of renewable capacity and which have helped startups become cornerstone players of the
energy transition around the world.
We strongly believe that financial expertise is required as a fundamental driver of success for
entrepreneurs in the energy transition industry given the large amounts of capital that need to be
deployed on the long term to drive significant change on our planet.
With a strong track record of working with family businesses and entrepreneurs but also with large
and international financial institutions, Finergreen is a recognized advisor in the industry while
remaining true to the entrepreneurial spirit that was at its inception.
The Madrid Town office was incorporated in September 2020 and is currently working on several
projects. The office covers Southern Europe and today employs a team of approximately 15 people
across financial and off-take advising and investment practices.
We have ambitious goals for the coming years and we are looking for autonomous and
entrepreneurial profiles that wish to pursue a career in a fast-growing company at the heart of the
renewables.
FINERGREEN works for a wide panel of key market-makers, either private or public and with high
profiles which translates into best-in-class projects. Our goal is therefore to create a world

II Job description
The Office Manager function is a key support role acting like a Swiss knife within the company. Its
mission is to ensure that teams are able to work effectively with the right equipment and information,
while ensuring the well-being of employees. The Office Manager is also heavily involved in
administrative and accounting tasks (invoicing accounting, expenses payments, etc.) inherent to the
proper functioning of the company and helping the team within the initial part of the HR processes

The Office Manager therefore serves as an interface between the company and its external
interlocutors (banks, administrations, suppliers, accounting, and legal firms) but also between
management and employees.
The Office Manager works under the responsibility of the Managing Partner.
Main tasks will be:
**1. Office Management and General Services Management:
- Purchase of equipment (computer equipment, furniture, decoration, etc.).
- Purchase of work supplies (notebooks, envelopes, pen, business cards etc.).
- Purchase and inventory management of office supplies (water, coffee, tea, tissue, garbage
- bag etc.).- Management of employees' travel (train / plane reservations).
- Efficient monitoring of the IT fleet (computers, telephones, monitor, printer, software) and

- Accounting.- Management and tracking Bill Payment.
- Sending, receiving and distribution packages.
**2. Accounting & Administration:
**- Manage the invoicing accounting of the Company, particularly related to operational office
- expenses, employees’ out-of-pocket expenses and Client’s invoicing.- Manage the employees timing tool for accounting for each of the missions to which the
- employees are assigned.- Manage the monthly social compensation for all employees.
- Coordination with external accountant and advisors.
- Ensure that all documentation related to legal, social, labor, tax and accounting of the
- company and employees are properly addressed into the company internal drive.- Manage the split of expenses between the different company business operating at the office.
**3. Human Resources:
**- Contribute to recruitment with Group HR: put online advertisements, receive and sort- coordination of interviews and technical tests.- Manage the Onboarding process: set up the process of arrival of new interns or employees
- and ensure their proper integration (breakfast, welcome kit).- Manage payroll: help with payroll preparation (send attendance sheets, retrieve travel
- supporting documents).- Assist in the management of health and safety policies (EHS, COVID, fire).
