En Negratín, multinacional con más de 26 años de experiência en proyectos energéticos y de infraestructuras, buscamos un/a:
Asset Management Technician - Energías Renovables
**Ubicación**: Madrid o Granada (modalidad híbrida)
Tu misión
Dar soporte al equipo de Asset Management en el seguimiento, control y optimización de la cartera de proyectos renovables de Negratín, asegurando el máximo rendimiento técnico y financiero de las plantas en operación.
Responsabilidades principales
- Seguimiento operativo y financiero de activos renovables (FV, eólica, BESS).
- Elaboración de reportes periódicos de KPIs, análisis de desempeño y propuestas de mejora.
- Coordinación con O&M, EPC y proveedores externos.
- Apoyo en procesos de due diligence técnica y financiera.
- Análisis de contratos y gestión documental de activos.

Requisitos del perfil
- Formación técnica, financiera o similar (ingeniería, ADE, economía ).
- Experiência en asset management, project finance o análisis de proyectos renovables.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de reporting y Excel avanzado.
- Inglés fluido (imprescindible).
- Capacidad analítica, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.

Asset Management Technician - Renewable Energy
**Location**: Madrid or Granada, Spain (hybrid mode)
Your mission
Support the Asset Management team in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing Negratín’s renewable portfolio, ensuring top technical and financial performance of our operational assets.
Main responsibilities
- Operational and financial monitoring of renewable assets (PV, wind, BESS).
- Preparation of periodic reports, KPI analysis, and improvement proposals.
- Coordination with O&M, EPC teams, and external providers.
- Support in technical and financial due diligence processes.
- Review of contracts and asset documentation management.

Profile requirements
- Technical or financial background (Engineering, Business, Economics ).
- Experience in asset management, project finance, or renewable project analysis.
- Advanced reporting tools and Excel knowledge.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and results orientation.
