Head of Quality Control

Hi All,
My client is seeking an individual to be their Head of Quality Control. If you have experience in Biologics and are interested in a role that provides career progression and flexible working hours this is the position for you.
This is a rapidly growing company which rapid career progression as the company grows. There is over 250 employees at the company now with a youthful workforce with the average age of 34. They have big plans to expand into America over the next 5 years and are looking at over 150+ new hires this year. This company mainly focuses on the production on mAbs, Proteins and Vaccines.

**Responsibilities Include**:
To approve or reject, as he sees fit, starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk and finished products;
To ensure that all necessary testing is carried out and the associated records evaluated;
To approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures;
To approve and monitor any contract analysts.
**Requirements**:
Quality systems NCFs, BPLs, ISO, etc. Management of human teams.
