- Provides input for global/regional SC Operations strategy
- Leads global/regional SC projects with focus on operative targets
- Is responsible for the operative implementation of standard processes, Lean principles and planning tools
- Supports the development of global / regional SC Operations standards and processes based on the BOSLE SC Lean principles and external benchmarks; if necessary develops regional processes and standards
- Conducts globally / regional process audits and SC lean checks on shop floor level and advises local SC Manager Plant on improvement opportunities
- Supports the stabilization and optimization of trouble plants global wise or within the region
- Certifies BOSLE SC Trainers and conducts trainings at the Lean SC Academy if she / he is authorized and trained
- Moderates SC workshops/Lean Checks based on BOSLE Lean principles
- Supports the development of integrated and standardized processes and tools along Supply Chains
- Develops and optimizes Supply Chains (shop floor orientated)
- Analyzes SC data provided by plants/regions
- Secures best practice sharing cross regional or within the region

**Your personality**
- Focus on SAP MM / PP & MES
- Experience in master data settings
- Experience in production planning
- Open for new technologies (e.g. SAP IBP)
- Understanding of SCM processes (S&OP, MPS, inbound & outbound processes, etc.)
- Experience with MES systems (basic knowledge)
- Global SAP Key User: Leading global functional SAP network
- Develop and implement SCM standards based on global SCM strategy
