**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer.
- Develop, review, and execute detailed data migration project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data migration processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate experience level (2-5 years) in data migration.
- Participation in more than two migration projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong capability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to read and create detailed data migration project plans with all relevant periods.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. SAP knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
