Project Manager Intern

We are embarking on an important journey, working to contribute to something impactful and new in the Life Sciences industry The Position: Reporting to the VP of Aizon Consulting Services, we are looking for a Project Manager Intern responsible for assisting with project meetings, helping to coordinate resources and project planning between stakeholders, and creating internal tools for project tracking / monitoring and managing the customer project portfolio. **Responsibilities**: - Managing the right expectations with internal resources and assisting ACS management to meet Aizon’s goals and objectives. - Coordinate internal resources to help with project execution. - Promote best practices and work with internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time. - Developing project scopes and objectives. - Assist with managing Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progress. - Perform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective). - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Manage relationships between internal stakeholders.. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Being proactive and proposing efficiency improvements. - Identify areas for process improvements. - Help organize data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the Platform and expand the range of standard solutions. **Qualifications**: - **Must - have**: - Technical background, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, IT, Physics, Life Sciences). - Desire to learn and execute Agile/Scrum methodology. - Experience in Jira and Google suite. - Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines. - Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish. - Able to work in a team and project-oriented. - ** Nice - have**: - Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English - Basic Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning algorithms. - Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles. - Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT is valued. - PMP Certification / other project management certifications **Skills**: - Able to work in a team and project-oriented. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Business Analysis capabilities. - Think out of the box mindset. - Goal-oriented, with a high level of energy, and biased to action. - Excited to go above and beyond to delight your prospects. - Growth-oriented and in it for the long haul. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. - A team player with a positive attitude. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. **What We Offer**: - Team Building Activities - Top-notch "tech pack" - We are Mac lovers - An open and collaborative work environment with a young and dynamic team and international culture - An opportunity for personal and professional growth, supported by high functioning, stellar investors and the exciting challenges that come with joining a company at the start of its growth trajectory - A culture where your opinion is highly valued and appreciated
