Tanto a nível de ofertas como de Proyecto, el/la Technical Building Engineer es responsable de analizar, diseñar y proponer una solución a nível arquitectónico y de servicios domésticos para los edificios que dan cabida a los sistemas de Señalización Ferroviaria, Telecomunicaciones y Energía.

- Elaboración de proyectos de instalaciones, cálculos, selección de equipos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Supervisión de ejecución, resolución de incidencias, coordinación con dirección facultativa.
- Redacción de memorias, planos, pliegos, certificados y documentación técnica para licencias.
- Propuesta de soluciones eficientes y sostenibles en climatización y electricidad.
- Aplicación de reglamentos como RITE, REBT, CTE, normativa PCI.

- Estudios de Arquitectura Superior, Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica y Electrónica.
- Formación complementaria valorable en instalaciones técnicas, eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad o gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimientos técnicos en Instalaciones (HVAC, BT, PCI, fontanería, saneamiento y energías renovables), Normativa (RITE, REBT, CTE, UNE, NFPA), Software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, CYPE, Presto, herramientas de cálculo y simulación energética) y Gestión (Project Management, planificación y control de costes).
- Más de 10 años de experiência en diseño, supervisión y ejecución de instalaciones técnicas en edificación, especialmente en: Climatización, (HVAC)Instalaciones eléctricas de Baja Tensión (BT), Sistemas de Protección Contra Incendios (PCI) y Participación en proyectos de edificación residencial, terciaria o industrial.
- Experiência en coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares (estructuras, arquitectura, ingeniería).
- Gestión de contratistas, proveedores y control de calidad en obra.
- Experiência en la legalización y certificación de instalaciones técnicas (eléctricas, térmicas, PCI) ante Organismos de Control Autorizado (OCA), incluyendo preparación de documentación técnica, coordinación de inspecciones y tramitación administrativa conforme a normativa REBT, RITE y CTE.
- Inglés técnico nível medio (B1-B2)
- Capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas y liderazgo técnico
- Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados y adaptabilidad.
- Se valoraran certificaciones en PMP, LEED, BREEAM y en eficiencia energética.
