We are now looking for an **Accounts Payable Technician** to join our **Corporate Finance team** in our **Headquarters in Barcelona.**
The incumbent will be involved and execute the last steps of the Procurement To Payment process (PTP), supporting Italy and other countries.
**Main tasks**:
- Validate that the invoice layout is compliance with legal/tax requirements
- Validate that the invoice content match with Purchase Orders, and manage discrepancies
- Posting in SAP the vendor’s invoice
- Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts in SAP
- Review the payment proposals and down payments to vendors
- Hotline support for vendor’s queries
- Ad-hoc efficiencies projects (work flows)

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance
- Previous experience in same roles and responsibilities
- Fluent in English and Italian
- SAP User (FI, VIM, PPMM)
- Excellent in MSoffice: Excel, Word, Power Point
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, team work and work ethic
