**What the role is**

The Operations Business Analyst & PMO provides the Operations Division with support with modeling and analyzing operations data to derive decisions on processes, strategies and rules for the business. Will also project manage all global initiatives and projects for the Operations Division.

**What you will be doing**

**Business Analysis**:

- Analyze large complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and share results with Operations leaders to come up with actions that result from the data.
- Use data analysis to suggest and drive actions to optimize performance across all operations
- Build reports and dashboards, to provide analysis for the Operations Division
- Lead the implementation of new analytical models by collecting needs from stakeholders

**Project Management**:

- Support the definition of Operations projects scope and objectives.
- Help identify areas of opportunity in Operations processes, systems and guidelines to lead and implement improvement projects.
- Create, communicate and update project plans.
- Monitor and track progress on projects.
- Coordinate the work of internal and external resources for the planning and execution of Operations projects.
- Coordinate the communication and team contribution of all resources and stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and reports to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure that all Operations projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assess project effectiveness, monitor, analyze and report expenses and team performance

**What you need for the role**
- +1 to +3 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysts
- Experience in Hospitality Industry preferred
- Proven experience in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Computer skills a must; drafting skills preferred
- Know how meticulously and almost intuitively, identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins.
- Fluent English
