**Mission**:
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction projects. And to plan construction activities, supervise the installation of structural elements and inspect the building upon completion.

**Responsibilities***:

- Design and calculation of structural elements.
- Monitoring and control of the correct execution of existing facilities in the work.
- Minimum experience in a construction or facilities company of 3 years, performing tasks related to the position of production manager.
- Construction management, contracting, measurements, valuations, subcontractor management, economic planning and construction management.
- Oversee construction contracts with subcontractors in multiple disciplines.
- Manage multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
- Interact with other engineers, contractors, manufacturers and stakeholders.
- Able to provide direct on-site observations and resolve conflicts in real time.

**Necessary Requirements***:

- Construction Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.
- With deep experience in other disciplines as mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, air conditioning
- 3 years of experience.
- Experience creating structural detail drawings in AUTOCAD, NX or similar.
- Experience in 3D conceptual creation and rendering (SketchUp )
- Knowledge of analysis design programs, CYPE or similar
- Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop and manufacturing drawings.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, dealing with situations that are constrained by time and managing different tasks at the same time.
- Able to work autonomously with little supervision.

**Desired Requirements***:

- Location: Elche.
- Working hours: full time.
- Trips: Teruel, Huelva and French Guiana.
