PURPOSE OF ROLE: Educate on ASICS technologies and their related benefits. Transfer the knowledge about the ASICS products' USP, biomechanics linked to sports and also sales methodology of our company products and services to both WHS and DTC staff, ASICS employees, consumers and professionals and collectives working in the health or well being business.
Main activities of the role are: Education, Sales support, Visual Merchandising activities, Roll out of Marketing initiatives including consumer facing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned: center and northern Spain.
- Provide high-quality training to stores' staff and support all the activities assigned such us Sales support, basics Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, including interacting with customers.
- Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
- Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of the company.
- Be perceived as an expert: knowing the competition is also key.
- Create best atmosphere and relationship in all the activities and with all the people who you will be interacting with..
- Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.
- Be prepared and eager to learn at the regular meetings and seasonal trainings provided by the company.
- Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be excellent in the activities assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Studies: Higher education, Bachelor Degree or Degree in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration. Experience or studies in biomechanics are very well appreciated.
- Strong connection with Running (professional or amateur) and ideally with tennis and/or padel as well.
- Full professional competency in English (& portuguese speaking would be an asset)
- Experience in retail and/or Marketing.
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Needed wide availability, both for travelling and on the weekends.
