WHAT’S THE PROJECT?
The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to make green energy generation machines (wind turbines, solar panels, ocean devices, etc.) more performant in Europe.
More than predicting failures, it is scaling up operational knowledge. ️
This SaaS solution and technology helps energy generating companies to optimise and monitor the performance of their fleets of machines and predict maintenance, using Artificial Intelligence to support to improve and support the performance.
After 8 years of activity, the most advanced technology development, building a team of a huge success in LATAM (Brazil especially), being 4 times an award-winning solution, the company decided to expand their growth to Europe, where the technology is not as advanced in this sector and the market is very promising
Vos missions
WHAT IS MY ROLE IN THIS?
Current goal of the team is expanding into European markets, so your role will be directing the Business Development, with special focus on the French market. You will be the first contact of Delfos with new possible clients, so it will be a big key role for reaching new deals.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
**Qualify the leads before passing them to an Account Executive**: understand the pain, their current situation, where the opportunity can make a bigger impact
&
Work closely with Sales Managers to align on the best strategies for each Lead
Work with CRM daily - pipeline contacts, task-driven - organised mindset

OK, WHAT DO YOU NEED ?
- ️ \*\*\*\*Experience as a BDR or SDR, ideally in a SaaS or IT-related environment company
- ️ Familiarity with CRM systems usage and daily follow-up with clients
- ️ High energy and a proactive, curious and eager to learn more mindset
- ️ Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively
Native / Advance level of French
Fluent in English
