**About us**:
**Purpose of the job**:
The Stock controller role is located in the European Distribution Center in Born. You will be working in a new and enthusiastic team of people with a result driven mindset and an “every day better” mentality. Key activities include:
- Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy;
- Create and distribute daily inventory reconciliation reports, inventory adjustment summaries, warehouse productivity reports, and warehouse error reports;
- Coordinate and monitor automated stock transfers;
- Detecting and analyzing differences between administrative and actual stock. Explaining these differences, with an eye on possible trends and/or special features and then justifying them in writing to the Warehouse Manager Operations Support;
- Operational interpretation of all activities that are required for achieving the business objectives in the area of stock movement;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Profile**:
- MBO+ level of work and thinking, where necessary additional relevant diplomas and certificates for the department.
- You know how logistic processes work and have experience with Inventory in a warehouse environment;
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, lookup functions, conditional formulas, conditional formatting, charts);
- An excellent work ethic;
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- You are alert, precise, flexible, can cope with stress and have a problem-solving ability;
- You have a healthy dose of energy and humor.
